In this episode, I share the hurtful experiences I've gone through in my own life and how I've learned to forgive. I also share the physical and emotional manifestations of un-forgiveness and how un-forgiveness is poison to the soul. Bitterness, anger, resentment, frustration...these dense emotions block us from experiencing greater peace, joy and healing. We forgive not because it's somehow giving them a pass or letting them off the hook.. When we forgive it is actually an act for ourselves. To completely set ourselves free, ensuring our emotions are no longer bound up by another.
