Cassaundra's new age to Jesus testimony!
Cassaundra is a remote closer in the fitness industry. Her background is in holistic nutrition and she has a passion for everything holistic, self-development and just recently JESUS. She recently turned her life over to Christ in October of 2023 after a long stint with new-age spirituality, she hated anything that required a "label" and she refused to be put in a box, she thought this was what true freedom looked like.
She used to be an avid yogi practicing 3 times a week for over 10 years, she's been on yoga retreats, has been an avid breathwork a-holic and was deep into astrology and the enneagram, until she realized that she could only get so far when attempting to heal herself holistically on her own, without Christ.
So she turned to JESUS and handed over all her burdens to him, because she realized that there was only so much she could do on her own, relying solely just on the universe to heal her of all her mental health struggles. Turning to JESUS has been helping her overcome a long battle with anxiety and depression and it's only going to go up from here.
