This week's podcast episode is a Meditation dedicated to deepening your own level of self-love. Loving yourself enables you to love others in more compassionate way, increases confidence, and boosts happiness. In any healing journey, the heart is always a foundational piece of the puzzle to overcome feelings of unworthiness, hopelessness and despair. Through loving ourselves fiercely, our physical body can come back into a state of harmony.
